Hello,
Just wanted to let you know we never did find the owners, but he got along so well with our beagle and seems to do wonders for his separation anxiety (and yes we got too attached) that we've decided to keep him.

Thank you for posting the photos of the puppy we found yesterday. We took him into a vets office this morning and there is no microchip.
