We were up all night comforting her. The dogs were wonderful curling up with us, comforting, licking Mupps and watching over her. In the morning we decided to have her put down. We all rode together. Mupps was hugged , licked , kept warm and surrendered to a very sweet young woman at the shelter. We weren't allowed to stay, but everything was peaceful. Both dogs were quiet and respectful of Mupps the whole time. No chasing or playing, They knew what to do.
